What's the return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags attached.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items show signs of use, washing, or damage.
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What if the toy arrives damaged/defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please submit a defective claim request. You can find the form on the bottom menu of our website. We kindly ask that you do not use or dispose of the item until the claim process has been completed.
